The House is equipped with  state of the art access control, Alarm system, surveilance system, 11 Audio zones as well as 8 video zones ( TV’s). There are a total of 3 surround sound systems, Master Bedrrom, Living room and of course the Theatre. All the lights are automated, and three Nest thermostats keep the temperature just right!  Everything is controlled via touch screens, remotes, smart phones and tablets. Best of all, the entire home is controlled by Control4.
